Combi boiler playing up?

Hi, I've a Vokera Maxim 28e combi boiler and keep on having trouble with the mixer shower fluctuating in temperature. It doesn't happen with any of the other taps in the house, just the shower- when no other aplliances are running. Also the radiators sometimes go hot and cold sporadically, different rads been fully on and off at different times.

Anyone know what possible causes could be?
