yes that is about average for a service
Thats what I charge and Im from Durham so yes
£70+VAT down here.
I charge £55 for normal wall hung boilers, £65 for those needing flue gas analysis and £75 for a back boiler or old floor mounted boiler!
But often charge an extra £10 for those who don't get it done during the summer months!
