I have a SIME friendly boiler, which should give DHW on demand. I am not currently getting any hot water. Is this a diverter problem? if so how much to call someone out and fix it?. Any help is appreciated.

sounds like a diaphragm in the diverter valve, explained in further detail in the wiki but not too much of a job.

Your boiler is NOT very friendly!

Probably is the diverter valve.
