Combi on lighting circuit

Was changing some light switches today (both floors on same circuit) and had switched of the lighting circuit at the CU. A few minutes later the customer told me that she was not getting any hot water.

Had a look at the Combi in the attic and it was dead. Looked for an isolator nearby but there was none.

Turned the lighting back on at the CU and boiler came on. Is it normal to have a combi on the lighting circuit and no isolator?

I doubt it's normal but those crazy plumbers sometimes just see power and use it, at worst it should be isolated via an FCU.

British Gas? Say no more.

What is the total load on that lighting circuit (without the boiler?)

Sorry, don't know and will not be back at the property until end of next week to sort out a rotten wooden floor.

How would I then work out the load?
