Combi problem. N o Hot water

Hi, my combi isn't giving me hot water, it's running cold only. Any ideas what to check first or what it could be? It's a newish boiler, not ancient. Glow worm ultracom.

Heating works fine.

Any fault codes coming up on YOUR boiler ? press the plus and minus buttons under the rad symbol for the last ten faults.

the boiler doesn't fire up when i open the hot tap

Turn on the hot tap and press the minus button under the rad symbol for 3 seconds and post back what s code is showing.

just to let you know an engineer came around and said it was flow sensor that was faulty, and new one is ordered thanks for your help
