combi problem

Hi im new to this site. I have a problem with my combi boiler this being the domestic hot water is only luke-warm. Ihave checked the water pressure,the three way valve seems to be ok the only other thing i think it could be is the themistor.
The thing is how can i check if it is working properly............

make & model of boiler is always handy.
not really looking for water pressure,more water flow rate. domestic combis vary from appox 9 litres per minute to 14 litres per minute each giving a 35 degree C rise in water temp. check flow rate, mate
