Been asked to spec a combi, where there is no temperature drop on the mixer/themostatic shower when water is demanded elsewhere. Anyone have any recommendation of ones that claim or do offer this?

Sounds to me like you've actually been asked to spec a shower with a very fast-acting thermostat! You'll need a 35-40kW boiler I should think, maybe with a store

Even a fast acting thermostat valve will not totally prevent a temperature drop if the pressure on the hot water supply drops. The duration of the drop may be very short but the effect is still felt on the body ( of the person in the shower ). The worse ( and potentially dangerous) effect is when the pressure of the hot water supply rises rapidly ( when the other hot tap is turned off ) and a short pulse of very hot water comes out of the shower head.

Rinnai water heater for hot water and a separate boiler for ch. And a decent mixer shower.
