I fully understand a co detector as it's colourless and odourless and kills.
Ng,I don't get as Gas transporters spent thousands chemically adding an awful smell that is both repunjent and unmistakeable.
There are however such devices but we use them in industrial applications where the smell might be masked by others.
Could you explain why you think you need a nat gas detector
