My combo boiler is 8 years old. More recently I’ve noticed I have to run the kitchen hot tap at full blast to get hot water. Also it seems the length of time for the hot water to come through to any hot water tap in the house is taking longer. Would anyone have any ideas whether there is something wrong and if so can it be fixed. Thank you

My initial ‘guess’ would be blocked plate heat exchanger. Does your heating work as it should?
Other than that need boiler make and model. Service history?
