Compact product. Limescale on bathroom tiles and taps! Magnetic?

I live in a hard water areas. I am getting limescale water marks on bathroom tiles and on taps.

I don't have space for a water softener. Is there anything compact?

I like the idea of those magnetic ones, but they seem to be a controversial products.

I have an electric shower, which I use mainly. I have an immersion water system

Other than a water softener, these: https://www.combimate.co.uk/ and equivalents are the only other option.

Items with magnets, wire coils and similar will do nothing.
