It is an off the shelf kit. From the maker of the boiler.
The dhw is on a loop with an automated valve from the out and return part of the diagram.
The quench valve discharges into an external drain as the wood burner would overheat if it was not there and the heat for some reason was unable to be lost
The oil boiler system is open vented.... You have been sold a solution to a problem that you don't have....Send it back and fit a Dunsley neutraliser..
With the PHE you will need the pump to circulate the primaries from the stove..Your drawing shows that your quench valve connects directly to the return to the stove and thus would cause the F&E tank to overflow if quench was ever energised..
