I have a Complheat 80 boiler which vents horizontally through a wall into the alley between the house and garage. The alley is covered but open at both ends - and has been like this for at least 10 years before I moved in. The boiler plume is annoying, so can I install a plume kit to send it to the end of the house about 1.5m away?

It would have to point slightly downwards to clear the brickwork. Attached is a pic of the standard outlet that's there. Would I have to change the outlet too, or can I add to it? Or is the boiler so old that I need to just save up for a condensing boiler? Thanks for your help.

The boiler is to old, no plume kit available. Plus its a standard efficiency boiler so wouldn't be suitable for a kit anyway.
