Composite Door Replacement Glass

One of the planes of glass in my composite front door shattered during the summer. Maybe a temperature issue as nobody damaged it.
As it is double glazed, there is just one layer of glass left so not ideal.

I contacted IG Doors, the manufacturer and after quite a few weeks of chasing, I have got the exact measurements. I have tried several local glaziers as well as a local composite door and UPVC door window supplier but nobody is getting back to me.
Does anyone have any recommendations for companies I could try? I am outside of London.

It seems impossible to get anyone who is interested. I understand IG actually supply replacements but having asked three times, I have also had no answers from them.

Any suggestions on where I buy the unit from, more than happy to do so just never gone about it before.

Forget double glazing companies or door installers, go direct to a double glazed unit manufacturer or glass supplier, or another option is google search for someone like a double glazing doctor or upvc service engineer, you will quite often see them about carrying out small repairs the big companies don't want to touch, i.e single glass units, hinges, adjustments etc etc
