concealed cistern--filling up slowly

Hi,

I've an ARKE Galassia toilet with a concealed cistern. This morning it started filling up very slowly. There's a chrome push set into the wall. I can't seem to find a way into it. The wall is completley tiled behind the toilet but just above the push button there's a wooden shelf. I'll probably have to remove it but can I do some maintenance from above with out having to take the whole cistern out?

Access the top of the cistern and check to see if you have some debris blocking the inlet pipe, obvs turn the supply off first.
You may have to take apart the filler unit to check it is not blocked too.
You can do all of this without taking the cistern out.
