Concealed cistern flushing

Hi people.

Have a concealed cistern toilet which keeps running after flushing. However if we turn the water off and then back on it will stop flushing and fill up properly! Can't investigate fully as the cabinet it is fitted to won't allow the lid to come off the cistern so it's tiles off and break part the cabinet. I'm hoping for a simple fix or something I haven't thought of as a solution!

You have a completely concealed cistern but hoping for a simple fix - good luck with that. It’s going to be the float valve or flush valve.
