Concealed cistern push plate

Hi all,

I have a broken push plate. It seems to be much larger than all the others I can find on the Internet and I've spent a few exciting hours trawling through! It measures 340 x 195mm. It attaches to a manual push. I can't find any company name on the plate or on the parts of the cistern I can see through the inspection hole. Any ideas where I could get a replacement?
