Concealed shower vave cartridge replacement

I have an Inta concealed shower valve which has started allowing the shower to drip when fully closed. It's only 18 months old, which seems pretty poor.

I presume I need to replace the cartridge, but I've been unable to find anywhere online that sells cartridges. I'd appreciate any advice about where to get one, or whether this is the correct course of action. FWIW, the model number is 70019CS.

What kind of water system do you have ? a pressurised system (megaflow ect) can cause showers to drip when the air gap needs redoing.
