I have an Inta concealed shower valve that has started to allow water to pass, meaning the shower drips every few seconds. I have been advised to remove the thermostatic cartridge and clean it, but I can't get to it. I have removed the temperature and flow handles, but can't see how I can now get at the cartridge. I have attached a picture showing the valve as dismantled as I can get it. The arrow points to the part of the valve body that seems to need to come off, but there doesn't seem to be any way of doing this (it doesn't turn/unscrew either).

Does anyone know anything about these valves?! It's only 18 months old and hasn't had heavy use by any means.
