Concealed Shower

I want a two outlet shower (i.e. fixed overhead and handheld shower)

Before purchasing the concealed thermostatic shower valve I would like to know the advantages/ disadvantages (if any) of having triple outlet like this


versus a double outlet with diverter like this?

Would you choose one over the other?

Presumably the second link can only be one or the other, while the first can run both at the same time

Yes, that's the case.

I was thinking more in terms of maintenance and whether one was more prone to issues in terms of faults etc
