Concealed washbasin Mixers. Are they safe in the long run?

Are concealed washbasin mixers, such as the ones shown below, safe? What happens if parts, such as valves, are no longer available in, say, 10 years? What is your opinion on them?

What about concealed but the module behind the lever and spout are separate like the one below? Are these easy replaceable?

These will be installed behind wall tiles.

My opinion (only a DIY plumber):

If parts are no longer available when they go wrong then the tile that they are installed behind will need to be knocked off. If they start to leak within the wall then it is likely a fair amount of damage will occur before you notice the problem.

The language used in the advertising leads me to suspect that they are Chinese tat that you won't be able to get parts for in a few months time. It is quite possible that spares are not even available now.

There is no way that I would ever install anything like that it my own home, I don't have plumbing fittings buried in walls, especially behind tiles unless I have easy access from the other side of the wall..
 
I definitely wouldn't use a product with anything less than "strong toughness" if I was concealing it in a wall.
