wrap them up and dont bury any joints 
if its an external wall and your up north then put then run some conduit onto the pipes were they are under the plaster.
they make flexible plastic conduit (pipe) specially for the job. It stops the plaster cracking when the pipe gets hot and stops the wall getting soaked when they burst due to frost.
