Concerned about subsidence

Hi all.

We have been in our 1930s bungalow for about a year now and have been had at work renovating it. It has always had a lot of hairlines cracks here and there and some in the pebble dash render but nothing that hugely sparked our concern.

We are built on awful clay soil and our garden soil splits apart in the summer enough so you can literally put your foot in the gap it creates. I am now noticing more cracks but I am unsure if they are new or old, however they seem quite concerning to me.

Some are above door frames, some under windows and all luckily so far only seem to be hairline size. However, I have just noticed one in our conservatory wall in a stepped fashion which has gotten me really worried (pic attached)

Thoughts?
