Concleaded cistern toilet pan

So the pan be sealed with a bead of silicone were is sits up against the panel of the concealed cistern toilet unit. It's tight to the unit. But just wondered to seal if someone misses the pan. Thanks

No reason why not easily cut through if pan needs removing..
