hi all i am having an integral garage converted and because the point of entry is across the bottom landing step of the stairs there is a 9 inch step down. is it possible to put down another d.p.m insulate and concrete up to the step heigth for al evel access. the b.c are reluctant for this to be done in timber because of a lack of ventilation. the new concrete would be above the existing d.p.c is this allowed thanks.
