I would like to insulate my concrete ceiling (I'm on the first floor of a block of flats). I've been advised to use 22ml Thermaline boards however using these plus the structure used to fix them to the ceiling would take away a fair chunk of my ceiling height which is quite low anyway.
Any ideas for alternative solutions? Something light and no more than 22ml would be great!
