Concrete Collar Around Toilet Waste.

Hi All

Helping Daughter in new home, and she has a downstairs loo with a thru-the-floor waste pipe from the toilet; and that has a thick concrete donut sealing it. Is there a 21st century, flat to floor alternative that we can lay flooring up to; and where the pan connector pushes into? Thanks

Why not post pics showing the WC, & the floor outlet?
Is it a solid floor or a suspended floor?

There is, but it may not be suitable for that loo and the collar may need cutting off the drain pipe.
