you can buy tile drills, push the plug all the way through the tile though or you risk cracking it.
If its tiles over a wooden floor there is a risk of drilling into a water pipe or electric cable. Might be worth asking the local tool hire shop if they lend one of those new wonderous detectors.

Or just use a new masonery bit & keep the drill off hammer untill you've cleared the tile, then go for it!. & as said before make sure rhe plug is below the tile.
