Concrete garage

I have a big concrete garage in good condition, but it is older. Maybe 25 y/o.

I want rid of it and wondered does it have any value to it ? I have seen them given away for free.

Would i be lucky if someone comes and takes it away ?

Hoping to have it taken in feb.

Try eBay, gumtree or a local facebook selling page (they're pretty good sometimes BTW) and see what happens, nothing to lose have you?
