concrete gutters

have concrete gutters which are leaking
the roof is in good shape
can these gutters be cut away and would you advise it, or is re-lining these gutters the answer
any information would be welcome

Yes you can have them cut away, or relined. if relined properly they will never leak. We've just done 4 houses on the South Coast who had already paid someone to reline them yet they still leaked.
