I have a 12'x12' concrete hardstanding in my garden that used to have a shed on it, it must have been laid a few years ago (prior to me buying the house).
I want to put a greenhouse on it but with the recent frost Ive noticed the top layer is flaking away when walked on, revealing a crumbly texture underneath.
Can I apply anything to it, to try and bond the surface together prior to installing a greenhouse?
