Concrete imprint drive

Hi,
Just wondered if anyone can help, I currently have a concrete imprint drive that has been laid well over 10 years ago and has never been treated.
Basically it’s starting to look very weathered and it’s as if salt has started eating away at it.
Can anyone recommend some treatment and sealer for it??
