concrete path and patio

the path is about 2ft wide and runs down about 25-30ft the patio area is 15ftx11ft

if i was to build a frame around that area how much cement would i need.

You don't say the depth required so assuming it is 6 inches you will have an overall volume of approx 3-3½m³

When you consider that 1m³ of general purpose concrete requires approx 1.6 tonnes of aggregate plus 6-7 bags of cement, you would need in the region of 5-5½ tonnes of aggregate plus 20-24 bags of cement.

Obviously this is a guide and a different depth would require more/less.
