concrete post help needed ?

is it possible to drill thru the posts below. reason being i cant sink the post in the ground and concrete it in. due to a gas pipe about 2 ft down directly below where i want to stick the post. my only option is to drill the post and either screw it or bolt it to the wall.

pipe is about 2 ft under the soil. so concreteing the post is`nt possible

any help or advice would be very welcomed

Have done it many time and isn't possible anyway because of the footing below, I use fischer screws with a counter head type so it finish flush with the post as with rawlbolt head is sticking out preventing sliding the panel in without hitting it.
