i have just had a concrete floor layed, how long will i need to leave this
before i can lay the Kingspan thermal sheets and the top screed,

As far as im aware my friend the Kingspan goes under the concrete floor.

You should have had hard core, blinding sand, DPM, Insulation (Kingspan, Xtratherm or similar) then the concrete and screed.

if its under or over i have no idea, how ever, i would leave it for at least 7 days to ensure it is solid and dry

it will not matter.

the floor will still dry, eventually.

so long as the floor is 48 hours laid then it will stand the weight you wish to put on it.
