Hi averyone,

Replace the asbestos roof sheets for my garage a couple of months ago with bitumen sheets. At first all well apart from smell plus throught would be a good idea to seal all gaps with expandable form.

When the temp droped the roof starting driping condensation like mad plus the drips were so smelling.Have reopened gaps so good airflow plus temp now up so roof is fine.

What are my best options to keep the condensation away, Aidi have a dehumidifier for sale from this thursday only £35.

Would this be a good idea and would I leave gaps open or closed or does someone have any other ideas.

Thanks

Steve

Hi Andy,

Garage is used to keep two motorbikes and general garage stuff pushbikes, tools etc and a box of firewood.

The other firewood has been moved to outside.

Have done that now, would a dehumidifier still be good or will airflow work by it's self.

Thanks for your reply.
