Is there anything that can be done to help prevent condensation forming on a cistern?

The old cistern was plastic but the new one is porcelain and apparantly (its at my grans house) is condensating quite badly

It might be overflowing (or running) into the pan. Ballvalve might need adjusted seeing as it's new either that the bathroom might be very warm. Is the rad close to the cistern?

Why not get the plumber back?

ventilate the bathroom better to take the hot steamy air out.
