Hi I'm having problem in condensation only in one area where the membrane overlaps.... They were quite tight one on another (1st photo) where there joint and getting wet. I have created a bit of a loose space between them so the air can travel and dry it out. (2 Nnd and 3rd photo and a video) Will that improve or will it be worse? Many Thanks for advice

Lack of air movement at that point along with it being cold is a perfect spot for condensation.
Now you have created air movement hopefully that will fix it.

This is very good at explaining if you haven't already seen it.

I've checked today and seams to be more wet. Can it cause rot or I shouldn't worry about it?

Did you watch video..

Have you a through draft in loft?
Sounds like house moisture is getting in the loft and not venting out.

Seal up all holes to loft around pipes or down lights.
Loft hatch needs making air tight.
Through draft in loft.
