Condensation problems

Hi all,

Have some condensations problems in my old victorian flat which im in the process of sorting out as we speak. There is one thing i would like some advice on please. Ive hacked offt the plaster to the brick work and i want to pain over the paint with some kind of anti mould paint/damp paint before i re-plaster. Is this a good idea? Does anyone know what sort of paint i should be sing to do this?
