Crums, not more mental torture, there won't be many of us left in the trade if this carries on, and I might not be one of them.

Never before has becoming a cowboy builder seemed more apealing. Which hat do they think we pull the time out of to assimilate all this new knowledge?

It seems no one can agree/know about condensing boiler flues.According to the BG engineer who fitted my neighbours boiler it only needs to be 30mm from a window and its only water vapour - dont know why he thinks the nitreous oxide disappears - perhaps he solved the pollution problem .The pluming can clearly be seen drifting across one of our bedroom windows if it was open the pluming would be diverted into the room - in the summer one could not see the gases.Surely from a HSE point of view this cannot be right apart from the nuisance aspect.Any info on the court case would be useful
