If my two grandaughters try to call my Landline from both their Landlines or Mobiles they get the message "please enter the 4 digit conference code" ( or something very similar). They do not get any ringing tone. When my daughter calls me no problem. When I call my Landline from my Mobile I also get the message. Panasonic have said it can't be the Handset. NOW TV deny all knowledge of a problem with the Line. Does anyone have a clue what is going on here? Thanks

It is possible that your landline number has somehow ended up being used for something else, maybe after your last service provider change the number was not ported and went unused, and now is being used as a "local" number for a conferencing system.
