Hi, I have an exposed bath waste for a freestanding bath which is causing me a headache. The waste is on an angled side so has it's own unique pipe but this is about 20mm short when used with the rest of the plug & chain waste I have.

Can you buy 25mm chrome straight connectors to extend the length, I have searched but couldn't find any?

The other solution I have also tried has gone wrong where I have looked for a longer overflow body (top bit) as most seem to be short. Found one on ebay but neglected to check the pipe width as thought they were a standard 25mm ( do they come in a standard size or are they all different?) needless to say this one was 30mm so 5mm too big, company I got it from not too helpful, but as it is for the overflow and would hopefully never be used I was wondering if I got thick seals whether it would be possible to still use?

By the way the bath manufactors waste is up to 8 x more expensive and I have all the other parts already.

Any advice greatly appreciated.
