I have just connected a 6mm cable to the cooker successfully then opened the socket!!! It's got black red wires and seems to have no where to put the earth cable from the cooker. Any one know what to do?
Are we talking about a normal wall socket outlet?
There must be an earth!
Have you photo you can upload of the outlet front and back?
How did you intend connecting the cable cooker to socket?
What rating is cooker?
Just making dinner, then doing homework with the kids and then bathing them and putting them to bed then I'll try to upload a pic that I took with my phone. So I'll probably get the answer tomorrow.
