Connecting LG washing machine outlet hose

Hi. Stuck on how to connect this LG hose to the sink waste pipe. There’s a yellow think in it and hard plastic end. Won’t fit like a normal rubber hose would. Anyone connected a hose like this? Drawn a blank with mates who say cut the end off the hose and clamp with a jubilee clip, but the hose itself is corrugated plastic so guess it would just leak, and there must be a proper way! Any help welcome.

Remove the yellow plastic thing out from the waste hose .

In the usual way, push hose onto spigot and use a jubilee clip.
(PS, I did suggest it was a transportation plug yesterday! )

Does it not say in the MI, what model of WM is it? The end seems a bit small to fit that spigot, if they are side by side in that picture.
