Care to elaborate? What problem are you having? Junction boxes are fine so long as they are kept accessible.

oh, wrong spots 
yes you can use junction boxes as long as they are small enough to pull through the hole for the light so they can be inspected..
or you can get "choc box" terminal boxes which are just 3 terminal blocks in a plastic clip over box..
not sure if i like the look of these..
