Hi all. I am hoping to instal 3 celling spot lights in my bathroom and just wanted to check i am doing this correctly. There is an existing celling rose and light switch, the new lights are 240v with 50 watt bulbs can i remove the celling rose and using a junction box connect the first light as normal, then loop in to the second and then the third. Is this the correct way? Thanks for any help

Yes, but please make sure that the connectors or jb is accessable.

I would suggest that you use connector blocks and have these adjacent to one of the lamp fittings. Then if in furture years you have a service issue, removing the spot lamp will allow you to access the circuit and switch cables.
