Connecting up Sky fibre broad band.

House been empty for some time, moving back in, I have an open reach box on the wall with a LAN socket which went to a square sky box that has 4 LAN sockets, and a ADSL socket and give wifi.

I can't remember if this was an old box before fibre, or if the new box, I know there is no telephone connection to the sky box, but wonder if this is the right box or if I have some other box some where.

Only had my mobile so that connected to the Sky box with wifi, but not sure if I have internet or not, as phone will get internet direct if non through wifi.

So does the standard sky box have an unused port which could connect to the phone line if not using fibre?

You do know sky fibre is internet via phone line right?

They are allowed to use the word fibre because many miles down the street there is a fibre from the exchange to somewhere else.
