Connection for VRC 470 weather compensator

Hi

Im currently connecting the wired VRC 470.

Question is to those who have fitted the unit The base has 2 vertical pins and the unit just fits in. Does anyone know which of the 2 pins are positive and negative?

it is not marked. I have already run wire to boiler.

I just read the one line in the manual which says polarity doesn't matter.

Now to setup and get curves right!
