Hi. I'm adding a shower and sink to my utility. There's currently an old style WC with outlet directly into the floor so will just be a ~4 inch hole in the floor if removed. Does anyone know if it's acceptable (regs wise) to use something like this part https://www.toolstation.com/mcalpine-dc1-bl-bo-drain-connector-with-1-12-pipe-boss/p14551 to plug directly into the hole, then a pan connector on top and shower and sink waste connect to the boss on the side of it? As in, is there anything that says my shower/sink waste has to connect above the level of the toilet waste? Obviously I would add an air admission valve for the shower/sink before they connect to this bit to stop siphoning. I know there are pan connectors with bosses on top, but using one of those I wouldn't be able to get the fall I need for the shower.
I suppose it's down to is there any increased risk of blockage, but would have thought it'd be ok as the toilet waste would just be dropping vertically past the boss.
