Pan connector

Hi everyone

Got a tricky one here, the toilet is sitting next to the shower so needing to get the shower waste of 40mm into the side of the 90deg pan connector due to tightness.

I can't seem to find a 90 deg pan connector with a boss fitting to connect a 40mm waste.

I've managed to find ones with 40mm waste on the top but this won't allow for the fall of the shower, I can't raise the shower any more than it already is due to low ceiling height.

The only ones I can find which fit have a 32mm boss but this won't work due to stepping down from 40-32mm

Any ideas how to get around this?
