Can anyone recomend what i can use to insulate the cavity wall in the conservatory, just thought i would do it while renewing the inner window sills..

Been told to fill it with polystyrene balls, is this a good idea and if so can you use any balls i.e the bean bag stuff...

Cheers

It's considered a waste of time, as the glass will lose much more heat than the walls will help retain. As such you can use anything you like, but you can buy bags of loose fill insulation specifically for this purpose. Unless you have a load of old bean bags taking up space.

use dritherm full fill wool its easy to put in a dwarf wall, most merchants sell it
